All products are subject to availability. Some colour differences may occur in respect of various display and printing technology however we endeavour to ensure any website photos are a reasonable representation of the product colours.

 

2.6 Price: Prices appearing on this Website are inclusive of sales tax (where applicable) at the current rates. The cost of Your Order will be the price of the products ordered plus the appropriate delivery charge outlined in the “Delivery Policy” below.

 

Due to circumstances beyond our control prices may have to be altered, including any variations in the rate of sales tax. If this occurs, you will be notified and requested to reconfirm your order at the altered price.

 

By notifying you, we shall be entitled to cancel any contract in whole or in part to the extent that it is for the purchase of a product in exceptionally rare circumstance the price of which was stated incorrectly on the Website.

 

3     Ordering from our website and Cancellation:

   8 Delivery Policy

D.1: Delivery periods quoted at the time of ordering are approximate at the time of ordering and may vary. Goods will be delivered to the address nominated by you at the time of ordering. Deliveries are made in accordance with out Delivery, Cancellation and Returns Policy which is displayed on our website.

D.2: Where delivery is outside of the U.K, you may be liable to pay additional tax or duty once the goods reach your country, This may vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

D.3: Please note that delivery may be subject to inspection by your local customs office where delivery is outside the U.K.

DP.4 We try very hard to ensure that we do not list any product or service which is not in stock, so in almost all cases everything you see is in stock. If for any reason we’ve made a mistake and we do not have something you have ordered in stock, we will let you know as soon as possible by email.

Orders are processed within normal Monday to Saturday office hours on working days.

11                                     RETURNS POLICY

RTP.1 If you are not satisfied with the item or items which you have received please contact us within 30 days of the date that you purchased the item/s to request either an exchange or a refund. You will need to follow the return form instructions enclosed with your purchase. If there is a free returns promotion offered at the time of your purchase please email us for a free printable postage label which must be used within 24 hours.

RTP.1.1 You will need to include the following on the returns form with the postage of your item:

  •          Your name.
  •          Your Address.
  •          Your contact telephones.
  •          Your Order Number (this will be found on Your invoice/receipt).
  •          If you are exchanging the item/s for a different item/s then we will provide a code to use on our website for the credit of the original cost of the item (less the postage) and you will then be able to order the item you would like instead from our website. You will need to pay the difference for the new item if it was more expensive than the item returned and postage when exchanging for a new item.
  •          Please enclose your instructions for what you want us to do by filling out the Returns Form which we enclosed with your item.  Without this we cannot identify your return or clarify what your instructions are so this is crucial for processing your return.
  •          We have several options depending on your preference regarding your return. We can offer you an exchange as we have mentioned above, we can also offer you a refund or we can offer you a discount code to the value of the purchase of your order (Less the postage of your order if you paid for postage). Please tick the appropriate option on the form so we know what you would like us to do.

RTP.2 For any of our customers of outside of the U.K we cannot refund you postage in any event. We will need you to enclose all of the points listed above with your return and it in English language please (UK).

RTP.3 Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons unless in the event of a manufacturing fault. These include tights, swimming costumes, underwear and earrings. If you are not sure, please check the item description on our website.

RTP.4 If you have received a free gift item with your order and are returning products. If the value causes your original order to no longer meet the criteria which was necessary to be eligible for the gift item in the first place, then this item must be returned as well. Failure to do so may result in your refund being reduced by the normal sale price of the item.

RTP.6 All items returned must be in their original condition and we will not accept them if they are dirty or damaged. If we receive an item which has clearly been worn, soiled, smoked in and/or covered in deodorant, pet hair, or makeup and/or anything else which may detract from the potential resale value of the item then we will decline to refund, at your request and postage it may be sent back to you and you will be billed for the shipping. Therefore, you must ensure that when returning an item, it is in the original condition as when you received it.

RTP.7 Please be aware that any discounts which applied to your original purchase will be considered when calculating your refund along with the conditions required to be eligible for the discount.

RTP.8 Should your order be eligible for any promotional offer, discount, etc such as a free mini gift bag when you order over £50, then you will need to return the gift bag as well as the item you are returning if the return means that the total order is now less than that which originally qualified you for the promotion.
